As an internationally focused, open access journal we receive manuscripts from different continents. Since most of these authors are not native English speakers, to help those authors publish more quality articles before the editorial decision, all the articles submitted to our journal are controlled and Language/Linguistic corrections are made by a native speaker when we consider that it is necessary. The language editing process includes a complete language (including references in English), grammar, and terminology check that gives the author a publication-ready manuscript. The edited version with editor comments is sent to the author before publication.

If corrections in an article are required, this is reported to the author. All changes made in the article will be presented to the author. The corrected words will be highlighted in different color to allow the author to see and approve the corrections. Short explanations about the performed changes will be given as well. Further, the author has to confirm and approve all these changes.

If the amount of editing is less than 1% of the article words, no fee is charged. If the amount of editing is 2-5% of the article words, then $ 49 per hour will be charged. If the required revision exceeds 6%, the editor is informed to return the article to the author. Over 95% of the articles that require serious revision are returned to the authors during first evaluation at the editorial office. However,  if serious language problems are detected after the evaluation process, and the need for correction is in the band of 5-6% with evident language errors, such articles are reported to the editor for rejection. The amount of charge for a revised article is between $ 49-119. The payment does not influence the editorial decision. The fee can be paid during or after the review process.
