Archiving & Accessibility Policy
Long-Term Digital Archiving
Eurasian Clinical and Analytical Medicine (ECAM) journal is committed to the long-term preservation, accessibility, and integrity of all published content. In line with this commitment, ECAM collaborates with Internet Archive, a globally recognized and trusted digital library dedicated to safeguarding digital content for future generations. Each issue and article is archived at the time of publication, ensuring a stable and permanent scholarly record.
ECAM also maintains encrypted offline backups of all published content using external hard drives. This multilayered strategy reinforces academic sustainability.
Open Access and Persistent Links
Every article is assigned a DOI (Digital Object Identifier), providing a permanent link and long-term traceability. Archived content on Internet Archive is directly linked to its DOI. Content is licensed under Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY-NC 4.0), allowing non-commercial reuse with attribution.
Regular Archiving Updates
Content is archived within 30 days of publication. If updates or corrections are made, revised versions are added while older versions remain accessible for transparency.
Archive Access and User-Friendly Structure
The archive offers filtering tools by year, issue, and topic. Each article page includes DOI, author information, licensing, and metadata to aid citation and access.
Transparent Archiving and Ethical Integrity
ECAM follows ethical standards from COPE, ICMJE, and WAME. Our policy ensures transparency and ethical preservation of scientific records.
- Obtaining author permissions and respecting copyright
- Ensuring editorial independence and publication ethics
- Maintaining scientific integrity and content accuracy
