Corporate Overview and Mission

Bayrakol Medical Publishing, the official publisher of Eurasian Clinical and Analytical Medicine (ECAM), was founded in 2009 in Turkey with full legal registration. From the beginning, Bayrakol has upheld principles of transparency, legal compliance, and academic integrity.

The publisher's income is derived from book sales, editing and translation services, advertising, and sponsorships. These funding sources are disclosed transparently on the website. Bayrakol communicates regularly with over 20,000 readers and contributors via subscription networks and email bulletins, ensuring wide dissemination of reliable scientific content.

Bayrakol’s mission is to deliver accessible, accurate, and globally impactful scientific knowledge. Its vision is to become an internationally recognized academic publisher through rigorous ethical commitment and quality standards.

Transparency, Independence, and Compliance

Bayrakol maintains editorial independence, ensuring no external party influences content decisions. Financial transparency is prioritized, and ethical policies are guided by COPE, ICMJE, and WAME standards. Plagiarism screening tools such as Turnitin and DupliChecker are utilized for all submissions.

A double-blind peer review system is in place. Reviewers are selected for subject-matter expertise, and all identities remain confidential. Ethical breaches are addressed with formal investigation and corrective actions where necessary.

Editorial Structure and Ethical Commitment

Editorial processes are managed independently by experienced scholars selected for their expertise. Editors receive regular updates and training to stay aligned with evolving ethical norms. All parties are required to disclose potential conflicts of interest.

In the event of misconduct—such as data fabrication or undeclared conflicts—editorial actions include retractions, corrections, or formal statements, in alignment with international best practices.

Digital Infrastructure and Indexing Strategy

Bayrakol’s digital submission and publication system supports open-access distribution and transparent peer review. All content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License. Articles are assigned DOIs to ensure persistent access and citation.

ECAM is indexed in Index Copernicus, CAS, Scilit, DRJI, Google Scholar, Türkiye Atıf Dizini, and CrossRef. Applications for Scopus and Web of Science are in progress.

Innovation and International Outreach

Bayrakol integrates modern tools such as AI-assisted language editing and layout optimization. By publishing in English and engaging with international academic networks, Bayrakol expands its global visibility and scientific reach.

The publisher collaborates with universities and conferences to promote interdisciplinary research, encouraging submission from diverse medical specialties worldwide.
