For Authors

Submission Guidelines

Please send your articles in accordance with the following formatting rules and guidelines. These have been prepared to ensure consistency and academic integrity for our journal.

Manuscript Language

Articles and abstracts must be submitted in English. They should be reviewed by a professional language expert, and this should be noted in the "Presentation to the Editor" page.

Originality Statement

Each author must declare that the manuscript has not been previously published or submitted elsewhere in any form (print or digital). This includes books, articles, presentations, or other media. Exceptions are made for abstracts of 400 words or fewer. Authors must obtain and declare written permission from copyright holders when citing previously published material. If the work was previously presented at a conference, this must be disclosed on the title page (including date, conference name, and location).

Assessment

Articles not compliant with formatting rules will be returned without review. Submissions are evaluated by at least two independent, field-specific referees who are not part of the editorial board. Evaluation criteria include originality, scientific validity, and relevance. The editorial board may correct spelling/grammar without changing the content and may request revisions for format or length. Author consent is required for these changes. No author changes may be made after submission unless written consent is provided by all authors.

Acceptance for Publication

Approved manuscripts will be scheduled for publication. Upon request, unaccepted manuscripts and attachments may be returned to the author.

Copyright Assignment

The copyright of accepted articles belongs to Eurasian Clinical and Analytical Medicine. Any commercial use of published materials, even by the original authors, requires written permission from the publisher. This policy aligns with the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 License (CC BY-NC 4.0). A signed Copyright Transfer Form must be uploaded during online submission.
